Here is how you can apply your leave.

Step 1: On the left menu, find "Application Form"

Step 2: Click on the "Leave Form"

Step 3: Fill in the form.

Type of Leave that you are applying.

Period

1st Half, 2nd Half and Full Day. 1st half and 2nd half is considered half day leave and 0.5 day will be minus from your balance

Step 4: Save or Submit the Form.

Saving the leave form will not submit the application to your superior. Your form is saved and it can be retrieve in your draft box.

When you submit the leave form, the system will automatically send an email to your superior. You will also receive a cc copy in the email for your reference.

You can check your leave balance in the Leave Summary after the leave is saved or submitted.

Adjustment is made by admin, in cases there are discrepancy on your leave balance.

Your leave balance as at 31st Dec of the year

Earned balance

Your leave balance as at end of the current month.

You are allowed to apply the leave on behalf for your subordinates or whoever has granted you the permission to apply for them.

Step 1: You need to click on the "On Behalf" button on the toolbar.

Step 2: Employee that you can apply for will be listed in the Employee Drop Down List. Select the employee that you want to apply for and fill in the form.

Step 3: Submit the form. To review the status of the application, you can click on the Timeline & Attachment. The following section will be revealed at the right of the page.

After the submission on the leave, you can withdraw your leave application.

Step 1: To withdraw your leave application, you need to find your leave application in your "Outbox".

Step 2: Click on the "Withdraw". Email notification will be sent to your superior to inform that you are withdrawing the leave.

Step 3: Upon successful withdraw, your application will goes back to your inbox. You can now edit or resubmit the correct application. If you do not want to keep the application you can use the "Delete" function.

After leave has been approved, you can cancel your leave application.

Step 1: To cancel your leave application, you need to find your leave application in your "Completed Request - Approved"

Step 2: Click on "Cancel".

Step 3: Fill in the Request Cancellation Form.

Step 4: Click on Submit.

To review the status of the application, you can click on the Timeline & Attachment. The following section will be revealed at the right of the page.

When you submit the form, the system will automatically send an email to your superior.

Here is how you approve or reject leave form.

Step 1: From the top menu, click on "Mailbox". Alternatively, from the Dashboard, click on "Approvals" shortcut.

Step 2: Click on "Inbox".

Step 3: Click on the "Content form" in the inbox.

Step 4: Click on "Approve" to approve the leave or click on "Reject" to reject the leave.

Here is how you can download your reports.

Step 1: On the top menu, click on the "Booklet" icon.

Step 2: Click on "Reports".

Step 3: Find "My Leave Report" and click it.

Step 4: Click on "Print Preview".

Step 5: To download the report, click on the "Diskette" icon and select the file format.

Here is how you can view your Team Calendar.

Step 1: On the left menu, find "Reports".

Step 2: Click on the "My Team Leave".
