Here is how you can submit your claim.

Step 1: On the left menu, find "Application Form".

Step 2: Click on the "Claim Form".

Step 3: Click on "Select Entry Form" and choose the type of claim form.

For mileage, toll, parking, accomodation, meal and public transport

Step 4: Fill in the form.

Step 5: Click on "Save". Saving the claim form will not submit the application to your superior. Your form is saved and it can be retrieve in your draft box.

Step 6: You may add multiple claim items in one claim form. To add more claim items, repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.

Step 7: Once you are done, click on "Submit" to submit the form for approval. When you submit the claim form, the system will automatically send an email to your superior. You will also receive a cc copy in the email for your reference.

You can check your leave balance in the Claim Summary after the leave is saved or submitted.

You are allowed to submit claim on behalf for your subordinates or whoever has granted you the permission to submit for them.

Step 1: You need to click on the "On Behalf" button on the toolbar.

Step 2: Employee that you can apply for will be listed in the Employee Drop Down List. Select the employee that you want to apply for and fill in the form.

Step 3: Submit the form. To review the status of the application, you can click on the Timeline & Attachment. The following section will be revealed at the right of the page.

After the submission on the claim, you can withdraw your claim application.

Step 1: To withdraw your claim application, you need to find your claim application in your "Outbox".

Step 2: Click on the "Withdraw". Email notification will be sent to your superior to inform that you are withdrawing the claim.

Step 3: Upon successful withdraw, your application will goes back to your inbox. You can now edit or resubmit the correct application. If you do not want to keep the application you can use the "Delete" function.

If your claim has been rejected, you can reopen your claim application.

Step 1: To reopen your claim application, you need to find your claim application in your "Completed Request - Rejected"

Step 2: Click on "Reopen".

Step 3: Upon successful reopening the application form, you can now edit or resubmit the correct application. If you do not want to keep the application you can use the "Delete" function.

Here is how you can view your Team Claim Report.

Step 1: On the top menu, click on the "Booklet" icon.

Step 2: Click on "Reports".

Step 3: Click on "My Claim Detail Listing Report".

Step 4: Select the criteria field.

Step 5: Click on "Print Preview".

Step 6: To download the report, click on the "Diskette" icon and select the file format.

Here is how you can view your Claim Report.

Step 1: From the top menu, click on "Mailbox". Alternatively, from the Dashboard, click on "Approvals" shortcut.

Step 2: Click on "Inbox".

Step 3: Click on the "Content form" in the inbox.

Step 4: Click on "Approve" to approve the claim or click on "Reject" to reject the claim.
