Your rymnet ID is the account you use for just about everything you do with rymnet, including viewing your payslip, leave application, claim submission and etc. You are required to sign in and your account will be automatically log out if there is inactivity for 20 minutes.

Activating Your Account

Upon receiving of the invitation email, you are requested to fill in your password. Please read the bottom of the page, to understand the password complexity requirement and please do not share your password.

Fill in the password and confirmation password. Once you have completed the process, you may sign in to cloud.rymnet.com anytime.

Note: Your account will be automatically disabled if you are no longer serving the company based on the effective data.

Retrieve Forgotten Password

In cases that you may forgot your password, you may retrieve your password by using the "Forgot Password" at the login screen.

We will send an email to you to reset your password. Click on the link of the email to reset your password. The email has a validity period of 1 hour.

Suspended or Locked Account

If you failed to enter the correct password for 10 times, your account will be permanently locked. In this case, please submit a request to your Administrator to re-activate your account.

Get your account from your administrator.

Your account will be automatically disable when you resign from your organization.

There are many reports and many information that you can do with Rymnet HRMS, such as your annual leave summary and payslip.

Step 1: Click on "Reports"

Step 2: Click on the report that you want to view. In this case, select "My Payslip"

Step 3: By default, the last month payslip is selected. You can select a different period if you would like to view your previous month payslip.

Step 4: Click "Print Preview" to view your payslip on your device. If you would like to save a copy of the report, click "Save as PDF". You will be prompted to download the payslip.

First Leave Submission

Rymnet HRMS is loaded with Workflow Forms such as Leave Application, Claim Application and etc. The following samples shows you how to work with Rymnet HRMS Workflow.

Step 1: On the left menu, find "Application Form"

Step 2: You may select any forms that you want to submit, However in this document, we will use Leave Application form as an example.

Step 3: The screenshot below shows a sample of leave form. You are required to fill in the information required by the form.

Step 4: Then click "Submit" to submit your leave application form.

Step 5: Done. A notification will be send to your superior or any person in charge of that submission.

Understanding Workflow Basic

There are many functions that we can perform before and after we have perform a leave submission.

Description

Save

The application will be saved as a draft and has yet to be sent out.

Submit

Submit your application form to the next approver

Delete

Permanently remove the application form. All data will be removed.

Withdraw

To discontinue the workflow from getting its approval. This can only be perform prior to approval.

Cancel

After an application gets approved, you are required to perform cancellation as Withdraw function will be prohibited.

Approve

To verify and approve the application form

Reject

To reject the application form

Reopen

Whenever your application is rejected, you can reopen them for resubmission. Whenever you reopen your application form, it goes back to your draft folder.

Print

To view a printable version of the form.

Timeline & Attachment

Show and Hide the Attachment and Timeline information on the right side of the page.

Information that shows you the current status of the workflow.

Attachment

If the application form requires an attachment, you can use the attachment feature to upload any files.
